Faux L'Beau is a drag artist, known for her extravagant designs, razor-sharp wit, and unparalleled talent for creating wearable works of art. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Faux L'Beau's journey as a drag artist began in Wichita, Kansas in 2017 while attending college. After completing her bachelor's degree, she relocated to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2020 to pursue a master's degree.
As Faux L'Beau's passion for drag grew, so did her creative ambition. She taught herself to sew in 2021, driven by a desire to elevate her drag closet. With remarkable speed and skill, Faux L'Beau has transformed into a skilled seamstress, crafting bespoke outfits for herself, fellow drag performers, and close friends.
Faux L'Beau's designs are a masterclass in over-the-top glamour, blurring the lines between fashion and art. Her creations are not just clothes – they are experiences, statements, and conversations waiting to be had .Faux L'Beau seasonally teaches introductory sewing classes at the Community Creative Center in Fayetteville, inspiring a new generation of creatives.
Outside of drag, Faux L'Beau (Jonas), is the Assistant Director for Student Engagement and Outreach at the University of Arkansas.What's Next: Continuing to pursue fashion by creating an official company.

Lindsey Albin

Lindsey is a 26-year-old graphic designer and knitwear designer based in Fayetteville. Looking for a hobby that got her off of her computer and being inspired by her grandmother Faye who quilts and crochets, Lindsey began learning how to crochet in 2020. Crocheting, fiber arts, and fashion quickly became a passion, and in 2022 Lindsey added knitting to her fiber art skill set. She loves making one-of-one pieces, mixing crochet and knit textures, and teaching others how to knit.
What's Next: She's currently working on setting up an online shop where people can shop her pieces and also working on some knit accessories that will be stocked at Signora Solare on the Fayetteville square.
